Heather Fitzgerald has been providing pain relief and holistic support since 1989. She began her career as a massage therapist after graduating from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. While massage helped many of her clients, Heather noticed that some issues seemed rooted more deeply—beyond what massage alone could address.

In 1997, Heather discovered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST). Drawn to its profound but gentle approach, she began an intensive 700-hour, three-year training program, which she completed in 2003. Since then, she has committed herself to ongoing study and professional development, including advanced trainings and serving as a teaching assistant in multiple foundation programs.

BCST is not only Heather’s profession but also part of her personal wellness. She receives weekly sessions herself to stay balanced, grounded, and deeply connected to the work.

Outside of her practice, Heather enjoys scuba diving, cooking, learning new languages, volunteering at her church, and spending time in nature. She and her husband, Jay, live in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Her clients describe her as compassionate, attentive, and deeply respectful—a practitioner who listens not only with her hands but with her heart.
