Meet Heather

Heather Fitzgerald has been supporting people in pain and stress since 1989. Her work is grounded in decades of experience, deep listening, and a commitment to gentle, effective care.

After beginning her career as a massage therapist, Heather recognized that some patterns of pain and imbalance were rooted more deeply than massage alone could reach. That insight led her to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a profoundly gentle approach that works directly with the nervous system’s capacity to restore balance.

Today, Heather brings both extensive training and lived experience to her practice. She is known for her calm presence, attentiveness, and respect for each person’s unique process—listening not only with her hands, but with care and intention.
